Chakra Balancing (Mini Retreat)
Advancing your Yoga Practice to  Awareness of Chakras 

The chakra (literally means vortex) system represents our spiritual anatomy. Chakras are psychic and physiological centers of energy.

Bringing these vibrational vortices to radiant health is the energetic goal of yoga practice for optimum physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The more we practice from this deeper level, the richer our yoga practice becomes (yoga = union, in this context union/harmony of our physical, emotional, and energy/prana bodies).

Workshop highlights:

Asana and breathwork practices with chakra awareness.

Yoga Nidra with Chakra Awareness

All infused with Hands on assist. 
Masala Tea and snacks at the end
(Indian High Tea)
