42 Acres - Somerset YOGA RETREAT

Three day yoga retreat in Somerset countryside

Nestle into a cozy, restorative getaway in Somerset, where we will move, breathe, and intentionally slow down away from the winter rush.

Date: 29th Jan - 31st Jan 2027

The Yoga: Vinyāsa Stretch & Flow (for all levels, with expert hands-on-assist and individually targeted modifications), restorative Yin, Ski-Ready sessions, Prānayama-Breathwork, Yoga Nidrā, and new curated practices from various traditions.

The Venue: Our sessions will take place within a circular, heated haven alongside a fireplace —a snug retreat from the elements where you can move with ease in a comfortable space designed for challenging yoga as well as grounding pauses. Between sessions, you'll be fueled by spectacular, chef-led menus that balance bold creativity with a diverse range of seasonal ingredients.

Après-yoga: Experience the ultimate après-yoga ritual by alternating between the glowing heat of the sauna cabin and a crisp lake dip, before gathering for the evening around our expansive bonfire pit for fire-ceremony.

The Tribe: The Anāhata Yoga tribe loves the joyful juice. “When you are happy for no reason at all you find a certain juiciness inside you — you are not dry…..‘It’ is the juice/celebration/festivity/flower and the fragrance of life.” (Based on “raso vai sah”: Taittiriya Upanisad). We find it through yoga, awareness and our happy vibes rubbing off each other.
